Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PitLog on a single Windows computer. This license is for your personal use only.

3 Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software or your license key.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
• You may not share your license key with others or use it on more than one device.

4 One-Time Payment

PitLog is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions. Updates released for the purchased version are included at no additional cost.

5 No Financial Advice

PitLog is a journaling and analytics tool designed to help you organise and review your own trading activity. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals, investment recommendations, or any form of regulated financial service. All trading decisions are solely your own responsibility.

6 Limitation of Liability

PitLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, loss of data, or damages of any nature arising from the use or inability to use the software.

7 Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to PitLog, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by its creator and owner. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8 Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
